Terms & Conditions of Sales

Article 1 -

This contract concerns the rental of the gîte Le Moulin de la Planquette in Cavron Saint Martin. It is a house with four bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen, living room, dining room, and a separate garden.

Article 2 -

Length of stay :

The tenant signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.

Article 3 -

Conclusion of the contract:

The reservation becomes effective once the tenant has validated the reservation request and paid the requested deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation.

The rental concluded between the parties to this deed may not under any circumstances benefit, even partially, third parties, whether natural or legal persons, except with the written agreement of the owner.

Any breach of this last paragraph would be likely to result in the immediate termination of the rental at the tenant's expense, with the rental income remaining permanently acquired by the owner.

Article 4 -

Cancellation by the tenant :

a) cancellation before arrival at the premises:

If the cancellation occurs less than 10 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises, the deposit remains with the owner.

If the tenant does not show up within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and void and the owner may dispose of the accommodation. The deposit also remains with the owner, who will request the balance of the rental.

b) if the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.

Article 5 -

Cancellation by the owner :

The owner pays the tenant the full amount paid in advance.

Article 6 -

Arrival :

The tenant must arrive on the day specified in the time slot mentioned in this contract. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must notify the owner.

Article 7 -

Payment of balance:

The rental balance is automatically debited 3 days before moving in.

A warning email will be sent to you on the day of the collection.

Article 8 -

Security deposit or bond:

Upon arrival, the tenant will be asked to pay a security deposit, the amount of which is indicated on the reservation form. Following the joint completion of the exit inventory, this deposit will be returned, less the cost of restoring the premises if any damage is found.

In the event of early departure (before the time mentioned in this contract) preventing the inventory from being drawn up on the day of the tenant's departure, the security deposit will be returned by the owner within a period not exceeding one week.

Article 9 -

Use of the premises:

The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and use it in accordance with the intended purpose of the premises.

Article 10 -

Ability :

This contract is established for a maximum capacity of 1,000 people. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity, the owner may refuse the additional guests. Any modification or termination of the contract will be considered at the client's initiative.

Article 11 -

insurance:

The tenant is responsible for all damage caused by him. He is required to be insured.

Article 12 -

Payment of charges:

Water and electricity charges are included in the rental price for normal use. In the event of abnormal use, the charges may be re-invoiced to the tenant.

Article 13 -

Disputes:

Any claim relating to the rental will be dealt with by the competent Court.
